桂枝茯苓丸对荷瘤鼠肿瘤细胞PCNA P21waf/cip的影响

目的：探讨桂枝茯苓丸的抑瘤机制,为桂枝茯苓丸（GFW）开发应用提供实验依据。方法：计算抑瘤率,SP免疫组化法测定增殖细胞核抗原PCNA、抑癌基因P21^waf/cip蛋白表达。结果：GFW抑瘤率为38.93%,GFW抑制肿瘤细胞PCNA蛋白表达,GFW组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。GFW上调肿瘤细胞P21^waf/cip蛋白表达,GFW组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：桂枝茯苓丸的抑瘤作用可能与上调P21^waf/cip及下调PCNA表达密切相关。

The Expression of PCNA P21waf/cip of GFW on the Lotus Neoplasm Mouse

Objective:To explore the antitumor the mechanism of GFW and to apply the experimenting basis of GFW's developing and utilizing.Methods:The S180 mice sarooma model was used to detective the inhibiting effects of GFW,the protein expression of the proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and the suppress cancer gene p21waf/cip were investigated by using SP immunohistochemical techniques respectively.Results:For S180 sarcoma,the inhibiting ratio of GFW is 38.93%.The positive protein expression of PCNA was declined in the GFW group when compared with the model group(P<0.01).The suppress cancer gene p21waf/cip was contrary to PCNA,its protein expression showed to rise in the GFW group,there was significant difference between GFW group and model group(P<0.01).Conclusion:GFW has the antitumor function.Its mechanise maybe closely related with adjusting expression levels of PCNA and p21waf/cip.
