| 摘 要： | 标本检验过程的信息化是临床实验室信息系统的核心功能。对标本检验前（申请、收费、采样、核收）、检验中（质控、分析前处理、分析过程、分析后处理）、检验后（审核、报告单要求、查询）提出基本功能需求的标准化建议．来促进临床实验室信息系统的发展。

| Abstract: | Informatization of specimen examination procedure is the core function of clinical laboratory information system. A standardization recommendation of basis function requirements is put forward, in which such three phases are involved as the ones of pre-examination, examination and post-examination. The items in pro-examination phase include order, charge, sampling and receipt. The items of examination phase consist of quality control, pre-analysis processing, analysis and postanalysis processing. The items of post-examination phase cover verification, report format and query. The recommendation is beneficial to the development clinical laboratory information system. |
