| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合疗法对痔疮患者的临床疗效及复发率。方法回顾性统计分析我院近4年来1428例保守治疗痔疮患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和试验组。结果①试验组与对照组之间治疗效果有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;②试验组与对照组之间复发率有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗再结合物理疗法对痔疮患者有更好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinic curative effect and the rate of recrudescence of combined therapy on hemorrhoids.Methods Reviewed and analyzed the information of 1 482 patients suffered from hemorrhoids who were divided into two groups with different therapy methods.Results ①there was significant difference of curative effect of hemorrhoids patients between the control group and treatment group（P0.05）;②there was significant difference of the rate of recrudescence between the control group and treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion There is better clinic curative effect of integrative medicine treatment and physiotherapy on hemorrhoids patients. |
