| 摘 要： | 目的:总结应用远端分叉式交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的临床效果。方法:运用远端分叉式交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折17例。结果:平均手术时间65 min。切口一期愈合,无合并桡神经损伤,肩关节功能恢复满意,骨折于术后3个月愈合。结论:远端分叉式交锁髓内钉固定肱骨干骨折是一种并发症少,固定可靠,骨折愈合率高,功能恢复良好的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of treatment in humeral shaft fractures with distally bifurcated intramedullary nails.Methods: Seventeen patients with humeral shaft fractures were fixed with distally bifurcated intramedullary nails.Results:The mean operative time was 65 minutes.The incision healed uneventful.No radial nerve palsy occurred.The range of movement of the shoulders was normal at 6 months postoperatively.All the fractures united 3 months postoperatively.Conclusion: The distally bifurcated intramedullary nail is a good surgical method with excellent fracture stability,feasible rate of union and good functional recover for the treatment of humeral shaft fractures. |
