| 摘 要： | 人参为五加科多年生草本植物,驰名中外的名贵药材,人参的主要活性成分为人参皂苷,大体上可以分为3种:齐墩果烷型、原人参二醇(PPD)和原人参三醇(PPT)。人参皂苷具有抗血栓、抗疲劳、抗衰老、控制肿瘤、增强免疫力等诸多作用。关于人参皂苷的研究已深入到药理、药效和生物合成等各个方面,并有很大的提升,该研究对近年来发表的关于人参皂苷生物合成的相关文章进行总结与综述,为人参皂苷的研究提供一定的指导和参考。

| Abstract: | Panax ginseng is one of the famous rare medicinal herbs, and ginsenosides are the main active ingredient of ginseng is ginsenoside.They can be divided into three chemotypes:oleanane type, protopanaxadiol (PPD) type and the protopanaxatriol (PPT)type. Ginsenosides possess anti-thrombotic, anti-fatigue, anti-aging, cancer control, strengthening the immune system and many other effects. Rrogress has remarkably been made in pharmacology, efficacy and blosynthesis of ginsenosides.This review covers the recent research achievements of ginsenasides, which would be helpful for the relevant researchers to get useful information. |
