| 摘 要： | 目的评估经阴道直肠前突修补术的治疗效果。方法对56例直肠前突患者行经阴道后壁直肠前突修补治疗后临床效果作评估和分析。并对远期疗效进行随访。结果痊愈41例,显效10例,好转4例,无效1例。平均治愈时间19d。结论经阴道入路手术治疗直肠前突术式效果显著,操作简单,无后遗症及并发症,近远期疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficiency of surgical treatment of rectocele at the vagina.Methods The surgical methods at the vagina were performed in 56cases with rectocele and long term follow up was also carried out.Results Complete cure was obtained in 41 cases,marked effect in 10,improvement in 4,no effect in 1;The mean curative period was 19 days.Conclusion This surgical methods prove to be simple and effective,have a good therapeutic effect,and have no sequela. |
