心理干预对子宫颈癌患者围手术期焦虑抑郁状况效果评价

目的探讨心理干预对子宫颈癌患者围手术期焦虑抑郁状况的影响。方法将100例子宫颈癌择期手术患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,两组在常规治疗和护理的基础上,干预组于手术前后进行支持性心理治疗和自我放松训练等心理干预。于入院时、手术前1d末、手术后3d末采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评定患者的焦虑抑郁状况。结果干预组术后焦虑抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);术后1h两组疼痛评分差异无显著性(P>0.05),6h、20h干预组疼痛评分较对照组下降显著,差异均有极显著性(P均<0.01)。结论心理干预可明显改善子宫颈癌患者围手术期的焦虑抑郁状况,减轻应激反应程度,提高对术后疼痛的耐受性。

Effects of mental intervention on peri-operative anxiety-depression state of patients with carcinoma cervicis

Objective To explore the effects of mental intervention on peri-operative anxiety-depression state of patients with carcinoma cervicis.Methods 100 patients with carcinoma cervicis undergoing selective surgery were randomly divided into intervention and control group(both n=50) receiving conventional therapy and nursing, the intervention group given support psychotherapy and self-relaxation training additionally before and after operation. Anxiety-depression states were assessed with the Self-rating Anxity Scale(SAS) and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) on admission, preoperative day and the end of the 3rd day after operation.Results After operation, anxiety-deprassion scores were significantly lower in the intervention than in the control group(P<0.01); there was no signifcant differnce in pain score in the 1st hour after opertion(P>0.05), pain scores in the 6th and 10th hour lowered more significantly in the intervention than in the control group, differnce was very significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Mental intervention can obviously improve peri-operative anxiety-depression states, lessen stress reaction degree and increase the tolerance to postoperation in patients with carcinoma cervicis.
