青蒿琥酯治疗小鼠继发性棘球蚴病后机体免疫转归及肝脏中部分酶活性的变化

摘    要:目的对比观察青蒿琥酯(Art)和阿苯达唑(A lb)治疗继发性棘球蚴病后,小鼠的免疫转归及肝功能变化。方法放射免疫标记技术测定小鼠血清中的细胞因子IL-2和IL-4的变化;免疫放射分析法测定小鼠血清中免疫球蛋白IgE的改变来观察Art对小鼠免疫功能的影响;用比色法检测肝脏组织中的MAO和GPT的含量来观察Art对肝功能的影响。结果各用药组与模型对照组比较,小鼠血清IL-2、IL-4及IgE含量有显著性差异(P<0.05),与正常对照组相比无统计学意义;各用药组肝脏组织中MAO及GPT均下降(P<0.01),两Art组和联合组与正常对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);然而,A lb组与其它各用药组及正常对照组比较,其肝脏组织中MAO与GPT水平有统计学差异(P<0.01),而与模型对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论青蒿琥酯能提高继发性棘球蚴病小鼠机体的免疫力,并且能显著改善阿苯达唑对小鼠肝功能的损伤。

Change of Immunity and Part Enzymes in Liver Tissue of Mouse Infected with Echinococcosis Treated with Artesunate

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of Artesunate(Art)(a Chinese herb medicine) on immune function and on hepatic function of mice after Art against the secondary murine echinococcosis.Methods The change of IL2 and IL4 were detected in serum by radio-immunity labeling techniques,IgE by immunoradiometric assay technique in order to judge the influence of Art on immune function of mice.In order to observe the Art's impact on hepatic function,the homogenate of the hepatic tissues was prepared to detect the concentration of MAO and GPT by chromatometry.Results After treatment,spleen index and serum level of IL4,IgE decreased significantly,there were significant differences between these experimental groups and the disease model group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between these experimental groups and the blank group(P>0.05).The serum level of IL2 of mice in all medication groups,especially in the co-administration group(P<0.01) was higher than that in the disease model group.There was no significant difference between the medication groups and the blank group(P>0.05).The concentration of MAO and GPT in murine hepatic tissues from the two Art groups and the co-administration group reduced markedly as compared with the disease model group(P<0.01),and there showed no significant differences as compared with the blank group(P<0.05).But the concentration of MAO and GPT in murine hepatic tissue of the Alb group had no significant differences compared with the disease model group(P<0.05) and showed a significant difference compared with other medication groups(P<0.01).Conclusions Art can enhance the immunity of the mice with echinococcosis and improve the Alb's impact on hepatic function of mice.
