| 摘 要： | 目的通过三种祛除腋臭方法疗效对比，探讨祛除腋臭的最佳治疗方法。方法对93例患者分别采用腋窝皱襞小切口超薄皮瓣法、腋部皮肤梭形切除和负压脂肪吸引治疗，并经过6个月～3年随访，比较各种方法的疗效及切口愈合。结果腋部皮肤梭形切除和腋窝皱襞小切口超薄皮辩法治疗的有效率要高于抽脂法，而从综合愈合不良考虑，皮瓣法综合愈合不良反应少。结论对腋臭轻重程度不同，要求不一的患者，可选择合适的治疗方法。
