| Abstract: | Objective Enhance medical record management, improve the quality of mediacal treatment, and achieve all-round development of the hospital. Methodology Summarize and analyze the information about medical case, medical record management and medical treatment quality management. Result Enhance the legal awareness, responsibility, service awareness and learning awareness of medical staff. Conclusion Medical record is critical information to the hospital, it provides solid scientific evidence to the medical teaching, research and hospital management. |
