| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管、贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄发生的原因及预防措施。方法回顾性分析2007年12月-2009年3月274例行食管、贲门癌切除术患者的临床资料。结果本组均采用手工吻合。颈部吻合194例，吻合口狭窄11例，发生率4．01％。其中1例发生于手术1月内，10例发生于手术2月后，4例有反流性食管炎。胸内吻合80例．无隧道式食管全层-胃黏膜腔内吻合口狭窄发生。结论吻合口狭窄的发生与手术及吻合方式、吻合口部位、反流性食管炎等因素有关。
