| 摘 要： | AHNP可激活多种酶早期可发生低血容量性休克,出现电解质紊乱,故早期应扩充血容量,改善肾皮质血流,警惕ARDS发生,防止消化道出血,抑制胰腺分泌.作者治疗4例,对该病的诊断和治疗进行分析.

| Abstract: | Acute hemorrhagic necrotic pancreatitis (AHNP) can activat various kinds of enzymes, At early stage, hypovolemic shock may occurs and electrolyte disturbance develops. Ther-fore, blood volume should be enlarged, blood flow of renal cortex improved, the incidence of ARDS and hemorrhage of digestive tract prevented and pancreatic secretion inhibited. In this paper, the authors treated 4 patients with AHNP and analysed the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. |
