高原外训官兵应对方式与SCL-90的评估

目的: 对急进高原执行任务的应急机动作战部队的心理状况进行评估. 方法: 以某部队进驻青藏高原驻训期间200名官兵为研究对象,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和简易应对方式量表对官兵在不同环境下的应对方式及心理状况进行了测评,并且分析应对方式和心理状况间的关系. 结果: 急进高原官兵的SCL-90总分、阳性项目数及应对方式中的消极应对因子分不同高度间自身对比差异显著(P＜0.01),并且SCL-90总分及阳性项目数分别与消极应对因子分呈正相关. 结论: 该调查研究提示科学合理的适应性训练和心理干预能有效引导军人采用积极的应对方式,改善外训官兵的心理状况.

Evaluation of coping styles and SCL-90 of military officers and soldiers in highland training

AIM: To evaluate the psychologic status of the mobile troops carrying out a mission at high altitude.METHODS: The 200 mobile military officers and soldiers who stayed on the highland for training were selected into the study.The psychologic status and coping styles and their relations were assessed with the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and the Simple Coping Style according to different altitude.RESULTS: There was a significant difference from own control according to different altitude in the total score and the positive entry number of SCL-90,the score of negative coping factor(P<0.01).The score of negative coping factor was positively correlated with the total score or the positive entry number of SCL-90.CONCLUSION: Reasonable adaptive training and mental intervention can guide soldiers to adopt positive coping style and improve their psychologic status.
