摘    要:目的 为进一步阐明化学致癌剂的作用机制提供实验依据。方法 利用原代细胞培养,细胞免疫化学分析获得并鉴定恶性转化成瘤细胞,以BEAS 2B细胞和BEAS STE细胞为参照,研究恶性转化成瘤细胞的增殖动力学和锚着独立生长能力等表型特征。结果和结论 经原代细胞培养获得可传代的具人类上皮来源的恶性转化成瘤细胞,恶性转化成瘤细胞较成瘤前细胞具有更强的恶性转化表型

Abstract:AIM To provide the experimental evidences for explaining the mechamism of chemical tumorigenesis. METHODS Three tumorigenic cell lines derived from tumor tissues were established. Using the BEAS-2B and BEAS-STE cells as control, the dynamics of proliferation and anchorage independence growth of the BEAS-TT cells were studied. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The proliferation rate of the three BEAS-TT cells is slower than BEAS-2B and BEAS-STE cells. The anchorage independence growth capacity of BEAS-TT cells is stronger than BEAS-STE.
