| 摘 要： | AIM MyocardialATPase activities were assayed in tetrandrine treated two-kidney, one clip renovascularhypertensive(RH) rats with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH). METHOD Colorimetricmethod was used to measure the cardiomyocytic membrane Na , K -ATPaseand mitochondrial Ca2 -ATPase activities. RESULTS In RH-LVHrats, the cardiomyocytic membrane Na ,K -ATPase and themitochondrial Ca2 -ATPase showed reduced activities. Tetrandrine 50mg.kg-1.d-1ig for 8 weeks elevated those two enzymatic activities significantly at the same time ofreversing LVH. CONCLUSION Tetrandrine, as a calcium channel blockers,can reverse LVH induced by RH and elevate the cardiomyocytic membrane sodium pump andmitochondrial calcium pump activities.
