徐州地区过敏性鼻炎患者的变应原分析

目的：了解徐州地区过敏性鼻炎变应原分布状况，为过敏性鼻炎防治提供科学依据。方法：采用“阿罗格”20种变应原点刺液对403例患者同时进行吸入组及食入组试验。结果：403例患者中有346例患者检出变应原总阳性率达86％。346例阳性患者中均为2种及2种以上变应原过敏。其中屋尘螨及粉尘螨过敏，占阳性患者的100％。其次是霉菌，占阳性患者的35％，花粉占阳性患者的13％；食入组过敏较少，只占阳性患者的1．5％。结论：徐州地区过敏性鼻炎的变应原主要是屋尘螨及粉尘螨，其次是霉菌和花粉，食物过敏较少。明确过敏原后对特异性免疫治疗患者有重要的指导意义。

Analysis allergen of allergic rhinitis pabienbs in Xuzhou area.

Objective:Learn the distributed condition of the allergic rhinitis allergens in Xuzhou area, and provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:According to "Allergopharma" 20 kinds of skin prick methods, 403 patients carry on inspiratory and ingestion tests simultaneously.Results: 346 in 403 patients are detected the allergens.Total positive rate reaches 86%.The 346 positive patients have 2 kinds and more than 2 kinds of allergens.Dermatopha-goides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae account for 100% of positive patients. Next, Mildew accounts for 35%, but also pollen accounts for 13% of positive patients. Allergic ingestion patients only account for 1.5%, which is less.Conclusion: Allergic rhinitis allergens are mainly composed of Dermatopha-goides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae. Next is from mildew and pollen.Ingestion allergy comparatively is less.After clear about allergens, it has the instructional significance to specific immunotherapy patients.
