| 摘 要： | 目的观察银杏叶提取物(GBE)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法采用线栓阻断大鼠大脑中动脉建立局灶性脑缺血模型,观察GBE对模型大鼠神经损伤症状、脑梗塞范围及血清SOD活性、MDA含量的影响。结果GBE能显著改善局灶性脑缺血大鼠神经症状,降低脑梗塞范围及血清MDA含量,提高血清SOD活性。结论GBE对大鼠局灶性脑缺血具有保护作用,其机制可能与抗氧化作用有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE) on cerebral ischemia injury in rats and explore its mechanism.Methods Rat cerebral ischemia injury model was induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion,the nerve injury symptoms were evaluated,the infarction area and the level of SOD and MDA in serum wrer determined.Results GBE could improve the nerve injury symptoms,reduce the infraction area of brain and the level of MDA,increase the activity of SOD.Conclusion GBE has protective effect on cerebral ischemia injury in rats and its mechanism may be associated with antioxidant activity. |
