肾脏病患者体内白介素-6的变化及意义

目的 :探讨肾脏病患者血、尿白介素 - 6 (s IL- 6、u IL- 6 )浓度的变化及意义。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附检测 (EL ISA)方法测定 93例肾脏病患者的血、尿 IL- 6的浓度并结合临床情况进行分析。结果 :肾脏病患者血、尿 IL- 6水平均高于正常组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,伴血尿、蛋白尿及尿路感染者 u IL - 6与血肌酐 (Scr)水平呈显著正相关 (r=0 .6 86 8,P<0 .0 1 ) ;伴高血压、肺部感染及心衰者 s IL - 6水平显著大于无上述情况者 ,后两者 s IL - 6与 Scr水平呈显著正相关。结论 :在肾脏病患者中存在血、尿 IL- 6异常增高 ,血、尿 IL- 6可作为监测肾脏病患者的可逆性与活动性指标

Change and significance of internal interleukin-6 level in patients with kidney disease

Objective:To investigate the significance of serum and urine IL 6(sIL 6,uIL 6)levels in patients with kidney disease.Methods:In 93 patients with kidney disease,sIL 6 and uIL 6 levels were measured by enzyme lined immune sorbeat assay(ELISA).Correlation between sIL 6,uIL 6 levels and clinical data were analyzed.Results:In kidney disease,sIL 6 and uIL 6 was significantly higher in patients with heamaturia,proteinuria and urinoinfection as compared with that of non aforesaid condition,and had a positive correlation with serum creatin(Scr)(r=0.6868,P<0.01).The level of sIL 6 was significantly higher in patients with hypertension,lung infection and heartfailure as compared with non those,and had a positive correlation with Scr in that with the latter two.Conclusions:In kidney disease,there are abnormal increase on sIL 6 and uIL 6 levels.The increase of uIL 6 might respond the activity of renal tissue lesions in the disease.That of sIL 6 might respond the factors of the aggravating renal lesions in internal organism with the disease.Thus sIL 6 and uIL 6 levels can become a sensitive index to monitor the reversibility and activity of kidney disease.
