食管癌术中低位结扎胸导管防止乳糜胸的探讨

目的探讨胸部低位结扎胸导管在食管癌术中的应用价值方法。回顾性分析我科自2002年1月至2006年3月82例食管中上段癌术中低位结扎胸导管的方法及效果。方法在右胸第8-9胸椎水平预防性结扎胸导管，术后无一例出现乳糜胸。结论中上段食管癌术中低位结扎胸导管是安全有效防止乳糜胸的方法。
