高效液相色谱法测定五味子藤茎浸膏中五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素的含量

摘    要:目的]建立利用高效液相色谱测定五味子藤茎浸膏中五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素含量的方法.方法]采用高效液相色谱法,采用C18色谱柱(250.0mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长为254nm,柱温为30℃.结果]五味子醇甲在0.44~2.20μg范围内,五味子酯甲在0.30~1.50μg范围内,五味子甲素在0.40~2.00μg范围内,五味子乙素在0.44~2.20μg范围内,峰面积与浓度呈较好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为98.85%,101.57%,99.68%,99.29%,RSD分别为0.64%,1.71%,1.29%,1.17%.结论]高效液相色谱法简便、快速、准确,可作为样品含量的测定方法.

Determination of schisandrin,schisantherrin A,deoxy schizandrin and schisandrin B in the stem of Schindra chinensis(Turcz.) baill extract by HPLC
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determing the contents of schisandrin,schisantherrin A,deoxy schizandrin and schisandrin B in the stem of Schindra chinensis(Turcz.) baill by using HPLC.METHODS It was primary impurity materials by compound chromatograpy column.The HPLC system consisted of LUNA C18 column(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),MeOH-water as mobile phase,with detection at 254 nm,and column temperature at 30 ℃.RESULTS The linear ranges of schisandrin,schisantherrin A,deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B were within 0.44-2.20 μg,0.30-1.50 μg,0.40-2.00 μg and 0.44-2.20 μg,respectively.The average reoveries were 98.85%(RSD=0.64%),101.57%(RSD=1.71%),99.68%(RSD=1.29%) and 99.29%(RSD=1.17 %),respectively.CONCLUSION The HPLC is accurate,reliable and highly specific,and it can be used for the quality control of compound Chinese magnoliavine fruit extract.
