| 摘 要： | 目的]观察糖皮质激素对鼻息肉组织中嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)和嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白质(ECP)的影响.方法]采用HE染色、免疫组织化学技术(SABC法)观察糖皮质激素治疗组(实验组)与未用糖皮质激素治疗组(对照组)鼻息肉组织中EOS计数和ECP表达水平,并进行比较.结果]实验组组织中EOS浸润数及ECP阳性表达水平均显著低于对照组,相比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论]糖皮质激素通过减少嗜酸性粒细胞的募集和活化,减轻鼻息肉组织中的炎症反应程度,抑制鼻息肉组织中ECP的表达,达到治疗鼻息肉的作用.

Effects of glucocorticoids for expression of eosinophil cationic proteins in nasal polyps |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of glucocorticoids for eosinophils(EOS) infiltration and eosinophil cationic proteins(ECP) expression in the nasal polyps.METHODS The number of EOS infiltration and ECP expression between nasal polyps treated with the glucocorticoid(treated group) and not treated(control group) were counted by HE staining and immunohistochemistry(SABA method),the statistical analysis was carried out.RESULTS The number of EOS infiltration and ECP expression are significantly decreased in the treated group than in the control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Glucocorticoids could reduce the eosinophilic inflammatory reaction and inhibit the expression of ECP in nasal polyps to achieve the effects for treating nasal polyps by reduce the recruitment and activation of eosinophils. |
