松花粉对痴呆模型小鼠记忆障碍及脑组织单胺氧化酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶活性改变的影响

摘    要:[目的]探讨松花粉对老年性痴呆模型小鼠学习记忆障碍及脑组织单胺氧化酶(MAO)及乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性改变的影响.[方法]将实验小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、松花粉小、大剂量组、脑复康组.腹腔连续注射给予小鼠D-氨基半乳糖(100mg/kg)50d,制作痴呆模型,灌胃给予175,350mg/kg松花粉,采用跳台实验和生物化学检测方法观察各组小鼠潜伏期、错误次数和脑组织MAO,AchE活性.[结果]与模型对照组比较,松花粉大剂量组小鼠跳台实验潜伏期明显延长,错误次数明显减少(P<0.01),脑组织MAO活性明显降低,松花粉小、大剂量组AchE活性明显降低,相比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).[结论]松花粉通过抑制MAO和AchE活性,改善痴呆模型小鼠的学习记忆障碍及脑组织生物化学指标改变,对痴呆模型小鼠记忆障碍有一定的改善和保护作用.

Effects of pine pollen on learning and memory impairment and changes of monoamine oxidase and acetylcholinesterase activities of brain tissue in dementia mice model
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the effects of pine pollen on learning and memory impairment and changes of monoamine oxidase(MAO) and acetylcholinesterase(AchE) activities of brain tissue in dementia mouse model.METHODS The mice were randomly divided into groups of normal,model,low and high dose of pine pollen and piracetam.Models of dementia mice were established by intraperitoneal injection 100 mg/kg of D-gal for 50 days,and were administrated by oral with 175,350 mg/kg of pine pollen.The latent period,the times of mistake and activities of MAO and AchE of brain tissue in each group were observed by using platform experiment and biochemical determining methods.RESULTS As compared with the model group,the latent period extended and the times of mistake decreased in platform experiment(P <0.01),and the activities of MAO decreased in high dose group of pine pollen,and the activities of AchE decreased significantly in the low and high dose group of pine pollen(P <0.05,P <0.01).CONCLUSION The pine pollen can inhibit the activities of MAO and AchE to improve the learning and memory impairment and the changes of biochemistry indexes of brain tissue in dementia mice model.
