| 摘 要： | [目的]了解广州市公务员乙肝感染状况,及感染者两对半表型分布,为公务员预防和治疗乙型肝炎提供帮助。[方法]分析2008年度12445例广州市公务员体检的HBV感染血清学结果。[结果]广州市公务员乙肝感染率8.93%,乙肝感染血清学表型11种。[结论]广州市公务员乙肝感染率男性高于女性,较全国和本地平均水平低,表型多样,以小三阳表型最多见。
