| 摘 要： | [目的]研究使用集束化干预措施减少重症监护病房(ICU)中导管相关性血流感染(CRBSI)发生率的效果。[方法]选择首都医科大学附属复兴医院ICU中从2009年1月到2009年12月期间所有置入中心静脉导管病人,统计2009年1～6月CRBSI发生率作为基线数据,在2009年6～12月利用集束化干预措施预防CRBSI,统计CRBSI发生率与实施干预措施前比较。[结果]在实施集束化干预措施后CRBSI发生率由实施前的8.6‰降至实施后的3.8‰(P﹤0.01),CRBSI发生的时间由干预前的平均6.2d延长至干预后的9.4d(P﹤0.02)[结论]集束化干预措施可以降低本ICU病房中CRBSI发生率,推迟CRBSI发生时间。
