| 摘 要： | [目的]分析儿童水痘患者并发症的发生情况及其特点。[方法]收集2008年7月～2010年6月住院水痘患儿的临床资料,分析其临床特征及合并症的发生情况及预后。[结果]纳入82例住院水痘患儿,全部患儿出现皮疹,80.5%出现发热,13.4%原有基础疾病,35.4%的患儿出现并发症,并发症包括继发皮肤、软组织感染(13.4%)、呼吸道感染(9.8%)、脑炎(6.1%)、肝功能异常(6.1%)以及热性惊厥(2.4%)。[结论]继发皮肤、软组织感染及脑炎是水痘常见而严重的并发症,抗病毒和对症支持治疗是水痘的主要治疗方法。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To analyze the characteristics of complications of the children with varicella.[Methods]Collected the clinical data of hospitalized children infected with varicella during July 2008 and June 2010,and analyzed the clinical characteristics,complications,and prognosis of these patients.[Results]82 cases were included,of which all presented with exanthems,80.5% had a fever,13.4% had been diagnosed with an underlying illness,and 35.4% had complications including secondary bacterial skin and soft tissu... |
