| 摘 要： | [目的]了解江西省H5N1禽流感密切接触者感染状况。[方法]调查2004～2005年禽流感和人禽流感疫情的密切接触者204人的暴露方式,采集静脉血5ml,进行马血球血凝抑制试验和微量中和试验,检测禽流感H5N1抗体水平。[结果]被调查的密切接触者农民占66.2%,学生占13.2%,医护人员占1.9%。73%的人接触过疫点内活禽,54.4%的人接触过病死禽,12.7%的人有禽流感患者接触史,接触过程中,最多只有16.2%的人采取了一些防护措施,且防护不规范。经检测,所有密切接触者血清标本禽流感H5N1抗体阴性。[结论]该省2004~2005年间禽流感和人间禽流感疫情的密切接触者均未感染H5N1。
