启发互动式教学法在消化内科见习教学中的实践探索

摘    要:[目的]探讨在消化内科见习教学中使用启发互动式教学的效果。[方法]选择40名来我院消化内科见习的学生,将他们按学号单双分为两组,单号为对照组,双号为实验组。轮流进行消化内科临床见习。对照组按传统消化内科见习教学法进行教学;实验组采用启发互动式教学方法进行教学。[结果]两组见习生通过为期3个月的见习后,比较临床技能及理论知识考核结果,实验组见习生成绩明显高于对照组见习生,P值均﹤0.05,差异均有统计学意义。[结论]启发互动式教学法是一种全新的教学模式,它摒弃了传统教学法的不足,在提高教学质量方面卓有成效,适合消化内科教学中推广应用。
