57例糖尿病足患者的临床分析

目的]探讨糖尿病足的治疗方法。方法]对海南医学院附属医院内分泌科收治的57例糖尿病足患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果]57例患者给予良好的血糖控制、抗感染、改善循环、营养神经、积极有效的局部处理和对症支持等治疗,13例愈合,41例好转(其中3例干性坏疽、1例骨髓炎转骨科行截肢或截趾术),3例未愈。结论]糖尿病足治疗是综合性治疗,全身治疗的同时配合积极的局部处理效果明显。
