| 摘 要： | [目的]分析肝硬化发生肝源性糖尿病的危险因素。[方法]对180例明确诊断肝硬化的住院病例进行回顾性分析,包括年龄、性别、肝硬化的病因、病程、Child-pugh分级、甘油三酯、胆固醇、血清铁水平,探讨肝硬化发生肝源性糖尿病与上述指标的相关性,数据分析应用SPSS11.5统计学软件。[结果]经Logistic回归分析显示肝硬化发生肝源性糖尿病与年龄、病程、child-pugh分级、丙型肝炎病毒感染的相关性具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]肝硬化患者发生肝源性糖尿病的独立危险因素是年龄、肝病病程、child-pugh分级和丙型肝炎病毒感染。
