| 摘 要： | 目的]了解结缔组织病发生恶性肿瘤的相关情况。方法]对2009年6月~2011年2月21日收治的4例免疫性疾病伴发或同时并存恶性肿瘤患者的完整资料进行临床分析。结果]4例免疫性疾病合并有肿瘤,男女各2例。男性均为鼻咽癌,女性1例为甲状腺癌,1例为非何杰金氏淋巴瘤。均病理证实。结论]风湿免疫科医师应提高免疫性疾病伴发或同时并存肿瘤性疾病的认识,减少误诊误治。
