| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨预防热性惊厥复发中健康教育的应用。[方法]回顾性分析2006年1月~2008年1月收治的82例热性惊厥患儿的护理资料,在积极治疗的同时并对其家长进行反复强化健康教育。[结果]缓解了家属的焦虑情绪,提高了患儿及家属的依从性。93.90%的家长对热性惊厥的相关知识有了较好的理解和掌握。出院后随访2年,复发率为16.67%,与2002~2005年43.81%的复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]热性惊厥复发率较高,对患儿家属进行健康教育,能及时控制惊厥和有效地预防再次发作。
