CFSE活性染剂检测放化疗联合治疗对胶质瘤复发影响的研究

目的]探索利用顺铂联合放疗对胶质瘤治疗复发率的影响。方法]将C6细胞分为空白对照组、单纯放疗组、单纯化疗组和放疗加化疗组,激光共聚焦观察细胞形态,用流式细胞仪测定CFSE的荧光信号。结果]放疗加化疗组细胞的增殖能力较单纯放疗及单纯化疗组明显下降。结论]放疗加化疗联合不仅减少了化疗药物和射线的用量,也大大降低了治疗后的肿瘤细胞增殖能力,为指导临床胶质瘤的后续治疗提供依据。
