| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨多西他赛联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期食管癌的疗效及不良反应。[方法]经影像及病理组织学确诊的65例晚期食管癌患者,采用多西他赛联合奥沙利铂联合方案进行化疗,多西他赛75mg/m2静脉滴注90min,d1;奥沙利铂135mg/m2静脉滴注3h,d2,21d为1个周期,每2疗程评价疗效。[结果]65例患者完全缓解(CR)0例,部分缓解(PR)31例(47.69%),总有效率(CR+PR)47.69%,疾病进展时间:3.5～8.5个月,中位生存期4.8～25个月。在疼痛缓解、全身情况明显改善,生存质量和KPS评分提高等方面均取得了较好疗效。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、外周神经毒性、消化道反应等。无治疗相关死亡者。[结论]多西他赛联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期食管癌安全、有效率高,毒性反应可以耐受。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To evaluate the efficiency and toxicity of combination chemotherapy with doxetaxel and oxaliplatin in treatment of the patients of advanced esophageal cancer.[Methods]65 advanced esophageal cancer confirmed by maging and pathday finding were enrolled in this study.
