| 摘 要： | 目的]对2010年某院收治的156例手足口患儿的临床特点及诊治经过进行分析总结,为手足口病的诊断和治疗提供经验。方法]用回顾性分析法对该院2010年全年收治的156例手足口患儿进行调查,总结其发病情况、临床特点、诊治过程及转归。结果]手足口病高发期为春夏季,1~3岁为好发人群,男女比例为1.6︰1,肠道病毒71及柯萨奇病毒A16为发病主要病原体。以发热及皮疹为主要临床特征,部分患儿出现实验室检查异常,预后一般良好。结论]手足口病是一种自限性疾病,经抗病毒及对症治疗,多数预后良好,但需注意严重的并发症。
