| 摘 要： | 目的]通过对我院急诊抢救室所插管的216例病例进行分析,帮助我们更好地开展对急诊危重病员的救治。方法]回顾性分析2007年急诊抢救室抢救患者性别、病种、抢救方式、滞留时间及转归。结果]抢救病人病种以创伤、呼吸、神经、心源性疾病为主;多发伤病员急诊停滞时间最长,刀刺伤病员有最高的抢救后死亡率。结论]在急诊抢救工作中应有重点的对创伤、呼吸衰竭或卒中等急诊常见危重患者的诊治制定出更为适用的抢救流程,使危重病员得到更好的救治。
