摘    要:目的:探讨稽留流产(missed abortion)的两种不同处理方法的临床应用效果。方珐:对106例稽留流产患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照是否应用米非司酮分为两组:观察组(米索前列醇 刮宫术)52例,对照组(米非司酮配伍米索前列醇 刮宫术)54例,对两组患者的妊娠组织物排出、急诊刮宫、阴道流血、二次刮宫率及住院时间进行比较。结果:两组患者的组织物排出及二次刮宫率无明显差异,但观察组阴道流血、急诊刮宫及平均住院时间均明显低于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统的米非司酮配伍米索前列醇 刮宫术相比,刮宫术前单用米索前列醇是治疗稽留流产的一种安全、经济、有效的处理方法,值得在临床中推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To study clinical applied value for different treatments of women with missed abor- tion. Methods:One hundred and six patients with missed abortion were retrospectively investigated.These cases were divided into two groups:52 cases in empirical group(misoprostol followed by dilatation and cu- rettage),54 cases in observe group(mifepristone and misoprostol followed by dilatation and curettage), compare with discharge of products of conception,emergency dilation and curettage,vaginal bleeding,in- hospital time.Results:There were no differences in discharge of products of conception and second curet- tage between two groups,but emergency dilatation and curettage,vaginal bleeding,and in-hospital time in empirical group decreased obviously.Conclusions:Compared to mifepristone and misoprostol followed by dilatation and curettage,misoprostol followed by dilatation and curettage is a highly effective,economical and safe treatment for missed abortion,misoprostol followed by dilation and curettage shoud be highly of- fer to women with missed abortion.
