| 摘 要： | 健肝灵冲剂对四氯化碳所致小鼠谷雨转氨酶、谷草转氨酶升高有明显的降低作用，能提高肝组织内ＳＯＤ、硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性，降低丙二醇含量，并有效地减轻肝脏的病理损害，结果提示健肝灵冲剂对实验性小鼠肝损伤有明显的保护作用及抗脂质过氧化作用。

| Abstract: | The mice with hepatic injure induced by CCI4 were treated by Jianganling powder. The results showed that after treatment,GPT, ALT were markedly lowered,SOD,Se-GSH-Px active of hepatic tissue rose;content of MDA decreaed and pathologic injure of liver reduced. It is suggested that for experimental mice hepatic injure,Jianganling powder has the obvious effect of protecting and antilipid peroxidation |
