碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对牙周炎大鼠正畸牙齿移动的影响

摘    要:【目的】探讨外源性碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对牙周病大鼠正畸牙移动的影响,及牙周炎大鼠骨形成特点。【方法】60只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为3组,空白加力对照组(20只)、牙周炎生理盐水对照组(20只)、牙周炎rmbFGF实验组(20只)。实验组在大鼠右侧第一磨牙区注射rmbFGF溶液1.0ml,每隔2d1次,共3次。各组大鼠分别于牙齿移动1,7,14,21d后取材分别进行HE及免疫组化染色。【结果】实验组张力侧成骨反应明显强于对照组(P〈0.05)。牙周炎生理盐水对照组大鼠张力侧牙槽骨区的bFGF表达强度明显降低,且阳性表达强度具有时间变化的特点,高峰期明显滞后;实验组大鼠张力侧bFGF表达强于牙周炎生理盐水对照组(P〈0.05)。【结论】外源性bFGF可以促进牙周炎大鼠正畸牙齿移动过程中牙周组织的改建。

Abstract:Objective] To analyze the role of Recombinant mouse fibroblast growth factor- basic (mlbFGF) in orthodontic periodontitis tooth movement, for further realization on the variety of orthodontic periodontal teeth movement. Methods] A total of 60 male wistar were randomly divided into three groups: normal orthodontic group (20 rats) , normal saline orthodontic group (20 rats), and rmbFGF injected orthodontic group (20 rats). In normal saline group and rmbFGF injection group, orthodontic appliances were placed between the maxillary first molars and maxillary central incisors of rats. Each rat was injected the rmbFGF 0.1 ml in the injection group. The rats were killed after 1, 7, 14, 21 days respectively. Results] Experiment group ossify effect wds obviously different from that of the control group ( P〈0.05). The intension of bFGF expression in control group was depressed. And the crest - time was evident hysteresis. While there were higher expression of rmbFGF in experiment group. Conclusions] Ectogenic bFGF participates in the periodontal tissue remodeling during orthodontic periodontitis tooth movement, and probably plays a key role in this process.
