谷胱甘肽产生菌的菌种选育

摘    要:采用紫外线和亚硝基胍对出发菌株SIPI-G0619进行诱变,同时使用乙硫氨酸、氯化锌和三氮唑三种抗性筛选物为筛选模型,最终筛选得到稳定的谷胱甘肽高产菌株SIPI-Gh435;谷胱甘肽产量为864mg/L,是出发菌株的4.9倍。

Abstract:Candida utilis SIPI-G0619 was mutagenized by ultraviolet radiation and NTG treatment. A new mutant strain SIPI-Gh435 was finally isolated under the coaction of ethionine, zinc chloride and 1,2,4-triazole. The yield of intracellular glutathione in SIPI-Gh435 was 864mg/L, which was 4.9 times higher than the original strain.
