个体化心理护理在宫内节育器放置术中的应用效果观察

目的：探讨个体化心理护理对行宫内节育器放置术受术对象焦虑、抑郁、疼痛及不良反应的影响。方法将482例宫内节育器放置术受术对象随机分为治疗组241例和对照组241例，对照组采用传统心理护理方式，治疗组采用个体化心理护理方式。分别对2组受术对象在术前和术后进行焦虑、抑郁和疼痛测试。结果治疗组术前焦虑、抑郁检出率为66.80%，63.49%，术后降低为22.82%，25.31%，明显低于对照组；另外治疗组的疼痛评分以及不良反应发生率亦明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论个体化心理护理可缓解宫内节育器放置术受术对象的焦虑、抑郁等不良反应，减轻疼痛感，有助于其积极主动地配合手术，提高了手术质量，降低不良反应发生率，更加体现了计划生育优质服务以人为本的理念。

The application of individualized mental nursing in patients receiving intrauterine device

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects exerted by the individualized mental nursing on the anxiety, depression,pain and adverse reactions of patients before and after the palace of intrauterine device(IUD). Methods All subjects(482)who receive the IUD are randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(241)and control group (241).Then the control group are given traditional mental nursing,and the treatment group undergo the individualized mental nursing. Before and after the procedure all patients among two groups receive tests of anxiety,depression and pain,respectively.ResultsThe rate of anxiety and depression among treatment group are 66.80% and 63.49% before the operation respectively,which are decreased to 22.8% and 25.31% postoperatively(P<0.01).In addition,the mean score of pain assessment in treatment group is obviously lower than it of control group.ConclusionThe individualized mental nursing can alleviate patients' anxiety,depression and ease pain,which are beneficial for patients' active participation and coordination,further to increase the quality of operation and reduce the rate of disadvantageous effects. Eventually and importantly,the individualized mental nursing insists the concept of people-centric.
