儿童中性粒细胞减少症45例临床分析

目的 探讨儿童中性粒细胞减少症的致病相关病因、治疗和预后.方法 回顾性分析于普通内科门诊或急诊确诊的45例中性粒细胞减少症患儿的临床特征、治疗方法、疗效及随访情况.结果 中性粒细胞减少症可由多种疾病引起,常以呼吸道感染所致多见;治疗以针对原发病的措施为主,辅以升白细胞药物,部分病人可给予集落刺激因子;疗效及预后大多良好.结论 儿童中性粒细胞减少症常由感染所致,经过正确治疗预后良好,部分病例需长期随访血象甚至骨髓象.

Clinical Analysis of 45 cases with Neutropenia in Pediatric Out-patient Department

Objective To analyze the clinical features,etology,treatment and prognosis course of neutropenia in pediatric out-patient Methods We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 45 children diagnosed as neutropenia in out-patient department and emergency room. Results Neutropenia could be caused by several differeft diseases. Treatment stratgy focus on the original disease and giving drugs to increase white blood cell .If necessary, appropriate G-CSF is given. Conclusion Most cases obtained a favor recovering course after appropriate treatment. A few of these cases requires long-term follow-up as monitoring blood cell even bone marrow biopsy.
