中药保留灌肠配合理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎487例临床分析

为验证中药液灌肠对慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果,对487例慢性盆腔炎患者实施多中心的随机临床试验研究。方法:将所有接纳对象随机分3组,分别采用①中药液保留灌肠加理疗;②中药保留灌肠;③红外光理疗3种治疗方法,观察疗效。结果:3组总治愈330例,好转223例,总有效率95.1％。其中中药液保留灌肠加理疗治愈率达63.2％,明显高于单纯灌肠(38.7％)和单纯理疗(21.4％)。结论:中药液灌肠疗效显著,简便易行,易被患者接受,如果配合理疗,治愈率明显提高。

A Clinical Study on Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Diseases with Traditional Chinese Medicine''s Enema and Physiotherapy.(with 487 cases report)

Objective; According to evaluate cure results on chronic peivic. Inflammation diseases (PID) with Traditional Chinese Medicine 's Enema and Physiotherapy. Method: A multi - center comparative clinical trial was used, A total of 487 women with chronic pelvic inflammation diseases were randomly divided into three groups and were treated with traditional Chinese medicine's enema and physiotherapy in the first group,with traditional Chinese medicine's enema in the second group and with infrared physiotherapy in the third group. The treated patients were followed up. Results; Among all patients 230 cases were cured,223 cases turned better. The total efficacious rate was 95. 1%. The cure rate in enema and physiotherapy group was 63. 2% .significantly higher than that in the second group (38. 7% , P < 0. 05) and that in the third group (21. 4% , P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Efficiency using traditional Chinese medicines enema is high on treatment of PID. The method is simple, effect and acceptable. Combining with physiotherapy the method is more efficacious.
