经肛门改良Soave根治巨结肠的临床研究

目的：探讨经肛门改良Soave巨结肠根治术的手术方法及手术效果的临床研究。方法：实验组：23例已证实的先天性短段型及普通型巨结肠患儿行改良Soave巨结肠根治术。对照组：16例行De La Torre术式巨结肠根治术。结果：所有患儿无术中及术后死亡,对照组中6例近期出现小肠结肠炎,大便失禁1例,污粪1例,吻合口狭窄3例。实验组仅1例出现污粪,经扩肛后治愈。结论：经肛门改良Soave巨结肠根治术是一种安全高效、微创、并发症少的术式,值得临床推广应用。

Study on Endorectal Pull-through (Soave) Procedure for Hirschsprung's Disease

Objective： To investigate the operation technique and clinical effect on endorectal pull - through （ Soave ） procedure for Hirschsprung＇ s disease. Method： Test group ： 23 cases with short - type or common type Hirschsprung＇ s disease underwent reformed endoreetal pull - through （Soave） procedure ; control group： 16 cases underwent De La Torre procedure. Result： None of the children was dead during or after operation. There were 6 cases with enterocolitis, 1 case with fecal incontinence, 1 case with soiling, 3 cases with anastomotic stenosis in control group. Only 1 case in test group had soiling, and cured with anal dilatation. Conclusion ： Reformed endorectal pull - through （ Soave ） procedure is a safe, effective operation with fewer traumas and less complication, deserved to clinical application.
