颅内脑膜瘤的眼部改变

通过９８例颅内脑脑膜瘤的病例分析，有眼部改变的占６３．３％，以眼部改变为首发症状者占３４．７％。主要是视力减退、视野缺损，视乳头水肿，视神经萎缩和眼肌麻痹等。颅内脑膜瘤引起的眼部症状持续时间较长。

Eye changes caused by intracranial meningioma

Among 98 cases of intracranial meningioma, 63.3% of them had eye changes. The eye trouble was the first clinical symptom in 34.7% of these patients. Eye changes were impairment of vision, defected visual field, papillaedema, optic nerve atrophy, and paralysis of eye muscles, etc. The eyes are often involved in the early stage of meningioma, and it is very likely to be misdiagnosed, if eye troubles are the first symptoms. So when impairment of vision, defected visual field of unknown origin and/or unexplained fundus changes, possible of intracranial meningioma should be considered, and CT or MRI should be done, if necessary.
