| 摘 要： | 目的：研究结构型一氧化氮合酶（ｃＮＯＳ）在慢性缺氧高二氧化碳的大鼠支气管中的表达及分布。方法：用原位杂志技术，对慢性缺氧高二氧化碳的大鼠支气管中ｃＮＯＳ的表达进行定位研究。结果：慢性缺氧高二氧化碳大鼠的各级支气管平滑肌细胞呈ｃＮＯＳ阳性染反反应，上皮细胞呈ｃＮＯＳ弱阳性染色反应。结论：慢性缺氧高二氧化碳时，ｃＮＯＳ在支气管上皮细胞中的表达被抑制。
