| 摘 要： | 观察兰索拉唑联合２种抗生素与三钾双次枸橼酸络合铋单用治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性溃疡病的远期疗效。６５例经尿素酶、组织学证实为幽门螺杆菌感染的病人，随机分为２组，三联治疗组（Ａ组，３５例）和三钾双次枸橼酸络合铋组（Ｂ组，３０例）。于疗程结束后１、６、１２个月全部复查胃镜及１３Ｃ呼气试验。结果：三联疗法幽门螺杆菌根除率高，溃疡病复发率低。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the longterm curative effect of lansoprazole with other two antibiotics and bismuthi subcitras colloidal(DeNol) respectively on duodenal ulcer. 65 DU patients with helicobacter pylori infection (urease test and histology for HP) were randomly divided into two groups. All of the patients were reexamined with gastroscopy and 13CUBT in the 1th, 6th and 12th month after the therapeutic course. The eradication of HP was higher in lansoprazole with other two antibiotics than that of DeNol, and the recurrence rates was very low. |
