小剂量肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛78例疗效观察

不稳定型心绞痛（ＵＡＰ）是冠心病常见类型，我院对１９９０年５月至１９９３年１１月住院的７８例ＵＡＰ病人在常规治疗基础上加用５％葡萄糖２５０ｍｌ＋肝素５０００￣ｕ静滴，每日一次，１０天为一疗程，与同期住院的ＵＡＰ４８例常规治疗（对照组）疗效比较，肝素治疗组有效率为９６．２％，对照组为７８．８％；心绞痛缓解时间与消失时间、治疗前后心电图ＳＴ段改善差值、Ｔ波倒置好转率治疗组均优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗组出现３例齿龈出血，１例皮肤瘀点。结论：小剂量肝素治疗不稳定心绞痛疗效肯定，副作用少。

TREATMENT OF USTABLE ANGINA PECTORIS WITH LOW DOSAGE OF HEPARIN

Unstable angina pectoris (UAP)is a common type of coronary heart diseases.From May,1990 to December,1993,We treated 78 cases of UAP patients with 5% Glucuse Heparine 5000u intravenously injections,once daily,10 days as a course,(Treating group),and the results werecompared with.Efficiency rate:treating group is 96.2%,control group is 78.8%, Angina pectoris re-lieving time,stoping time,posttreatment to pretreatment ECG segment elevated,and posttreatment to pretreatment T wave inversion ratio in treating group are all better than in control group.Adverse ef-fects relate to Heparine in treating group are hypodermic bleeding in 3 cases,and gum bleeding in lcase,Conclusion:low dosage of heparin has certain efficiency and adverse effects are slight in the treat-ment of UAP.
