126例开放性胫腓骨骨折的治疗体会

目的：进一步探讨开放性胫腓骨骨折的特点，总结出适用，效好的治疗方法。方法：总结分析我院自１９９０年～１９９３年收治开放性胫腓骨骨折１２６例，并随机分为内固定组与外固定组。结果：平均随访２年，两组疗效有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。内固定组疗效明显优于外固定组。结论：开放性胫腓骨骨折，在早期彻底清创及合理使用抗生素的基础上，施行内固定治疗，直接有效地保持骨折两端的解剖复位及稳定，尤其是多发性复合损伤，即能减少并发症，又能早期进行康复训练，使患肢功能得到最大限度的恢复。

THERAPEUTIC EXPERINCE IN 126 CASE OPEN TIBIOFIBULA FRACTURES

Aim:To further explore the characteristics of open tibiofibula fractures and sum up amethod that fit its and achieve a better result.Methods:Review 126 cases of open tibiofibula fractureswere treated in the First-aid Unit from 1990 to 1993.It is randomly divided into external fixation groupand internal one.Results:Following-up is over average two years.The internal fixation group wasmore better on teraputic effect than the external one(P<0.01).Conclusions:As stated earlier,making rational use of allergic to antibiotics and debridement,thatinternal fixated operation is performed as early as possible keeps effectively stability of a broken bone ingood position.It help postoperative care,especially in polytrauma,and dicrease complication,The recovertreatment was carried on possible early.And maximize restoring the function of injuried limb.
