T细胞亚群异常对Graves病预后的临床意义

观察６０例Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病（ＧＤ）患者用抗甲状腺药物（ＡＴＤ）治疗前、后Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群比值变化。设３０例健康者为对照组，结果显示ＡＴＤ治疗前ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＡＴＤ控制甲亢病情后多数患者ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８恢复正常，少数仍显异常，两组间差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示临床缓解的ＧＤ存在两种不同免疫病理状态。

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF T-LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS IN PROGNOSIS ASSESSMENT OF GRAVES DISEASE

T-lyrnphocyte subsets were examined in 60 patients with Graves Disease(GD)and30 normal people were taken as a control group.Before the treatment the CD4/CD8 ratios of patientswere significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.01).The results showed that the CD4/CD8ratio of the patients had been treated with anti-thyroid drugs(ATD),whose serum T3,T4 recoverednormal,could be divided into two groups:Most of them returned to the normal limits f but a few werestill abnormal.There was a remarkable difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Our findings indi-cate that there were two types of different immunopathology in the patients with clinical alleviation,thisis useful in assessing prognosis and deciding when to stop the treatment.
