窄谱中波紫外线联合中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察及对血管内皮细胞生长因子影响

目的:观察中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及治疗前后血清细胞因子浓度改变,探讨治疗机制。方法:32例寻常型银屑病患者中药药浴后,给予NB-UVB照射,每周3次,共40次。用酶联免疫吸附试验检测32例患者治疗前后血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)水平。结果:32例患者治疗后痊愈11例,临床有效率为90.6%。32例患者治疗前VEGF血清水平较健康对照者水平高,照射后显著下降。结论:中药药浴联合NB-UVB照射治疗银屑病疗效好,不良反应少,VEGF在寻常型银屑病中发挥重要作用。

Clinical Observation of Narrow-band Ultraviolet B combined with Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs Bath for the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris and the Kinetic of VEGF in Serum

Objectives:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)combined with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath for psoriasis and to investigate the mechanism of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in serum.Methods:32 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were treated with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath,and then undertook the NB-UVB for three times per week,totally for 40 times.The serum levels of VEGF was also detected before and after the phototherapy in 32 patients.Results:After 40 times phototherapies,11 patients were completely crued with a total clinical efficiency of 90.6%.Before the phototherapies the serum levels of VEGF was higher in the patients than that in the normed health controls,which dropped down remarkably after NB-UVB irradiations.Conclusions:NB-UVB phototherapy combined with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath is a safe and effective method for the treatment of psoriasis with a lower recurrence.The results suggested that VEGF may play an important role in pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgari.
